Our approach

Schools teach subjects. At Groupe Mentou, we teach young people how to become themselves. Tutoring, reading, expression, movement and mentorship come together in a single program designed to help every student find their voice, confidence and direction.

« Much more than tutoring: a complete program to grow with assurance. »

The Groupe Mentou team
The Group's Pillars

Excellence, our heritage.

01

Leadership & Educational Excellence

Rigorous mentorship to forge strategic minds and an unquenchable thirst for learning.

02

Personal Development & Knowledge

Awakening the mind through the reading and discussion of landmark books. We cultivate critical thinking, eloquence and self-knowledge.

03

Cultural Heritage & Prestige

Reclaiming our identity through high-calibre creative projects and the celebration of our traditional textiles. We wear our heritage as a banner of distinction.

04

Events & Solidarity

Our strength manifests in action. Through our Prestige Galas, sports tournaments and community gatherings, we celebrate our vitality and create spaces of shared excellence.

Group Spirit

Here, elegance is a posture and ambition an obligation. We do not merely succeed; we build ourselves with rigour and pride.

«

Leaders are not born — they are forged by honouring what came before them.

For whom?

For young people who need structure to reveal themselves

Groupe Mentou is for families who feel there is more to build than a report card: posture, voice, discipline, and direction.

  • 01

The bright but reserved young person

They understand quickly, but do not always dare to take their place, ask questions, or defend their ideas.

  • 02

    The teen who lacks structure

They have potential, but need strong habits, a clear rhythm, and adults who hold the course with them.

  • 03

    The ambitious but scattered student

They want to succeed, but must learn to prioritize, communicate, organize, and turn energy into progress.

  • 04

The family looking for more than tutoring

They want holistic support: academic, human, cultural, and personal, in a demanding and caring environment.

The program

Seven disciplines, one shared thread

Academic Tutoring
I

Academic Tutoring

Solid foundations

Targeted academic support to do your best in high school and CEGEP, and prepare calmly for what comes next. Our tutors adapt each session to the student's pace and needs, with clear and measurable goals.

Strategic Reading
II

Strategic Reading

Read to understand

A curated selection of meaningful books — finance, habits, strategy, communication — we read together and apply daily. Each book becomes a concrete tool to think differently and act more intelligently.

Educational Debates
III

Educational Debates

Find your voice

Conversations and debates to grow general culture, critical thinking and the ease to express yourself. Students learn to defend their ideas, listen to others, and build solid arguments.

The Art of Sketch
IV

The Art of Sketch

Dare to speak

Improvisation and short scenes to gain confidence, settle your voice and become comfortable in front of others. Through play, students develop a natural presence and learn to feel at ease in all social situations.

Dance & Presence
V

Dance & Presence

Standing tall

Working on posture, rhythm and body language to feel good in your skin and naturally inspire confidence. Dance teaches a fundamental truth: the body is the first vehicle of leadership — before any words.

Musical Mastery
VI

Musical Mastery

Learning to focus

Learning an instrument strengthens patience, listening and the ability to progress a little each day. Music teaches a fundamental truth: consistent discipline produces extraordinary results.

Mentorship & Culture
VII

Mentorship & Culture

Surrounded with care

Personal mentoring to clarify goals, and an opening to world cultures to grow with curiosity and respect. A mentor is someone who has already walked a path and helps you find your own.
