Schools teach subjects. At Groupe Mentou, we teach young people how to become themselves. Tutoring, reading, expression, movement and mentorship come together in a single program designed to help every student find their voice, confidence and direction.

Find your voiceConversations and debates to grow general culture, critical thinking and the ease to express yourself. Students learn to defend their ideas, listen to others, and build solid arguments.

Dare to speakImprovisation and short scenes to gain confidence, settle your voice and become comfortable in front of others. Through play, students develop a natural presence and learn to feel at ease in all social situations.
VDance & Presence
Standing tallWorking on posture, rhythm and body language to feel good in your skin and naturally inspire confidence. Dance teaches a fundamental truth: the body is the first vehicle of leadership — before any words.
VIMusical Mastery
Learning to focusLearning an instrument strengthens patience, listening and the ability to progress a little each day. Music teaches a fundamental truth: consistent discipline produces extraordinary results.
